When Will My Order Arrive?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post for fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Simply click the tracking number to see real-time updates and your estimated delivery date.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • VIC: 2–5 business days

  • NSW / ACT: 3–6 business days

  • SA / QLD / TAS: 4–6 business days

  • NT / WA: 5–7 business days

International

  • New Zealand: 9–15 business days

Safe Drop & Signature Options

By default, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a secure location if no one is available to receive it. If you prefer signature on delivery, please include this request at checkout.
If delivery isn’t possible, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for pickup at your local post office.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at info@heratgoldsaffron.com.au.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes; however, you may request a redirection through your local post office.

Failed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or any customer-related issue, we can resend it once you confirm the correct details.
Please note: reshipping costs will apply, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Damaged Products

Herat Gold Saffron carefully inspects all items before dispatch and never sends damaged goods.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@heratgoldsaffron.com.au. We will lodge a damage report with Australia Post, who will then investigate. Rest assured—we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

Import Duties (International Orders)

Taxes, duties, and tariffs may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties. Couriers (e.g., DHL or your local postal service) will not release the parcel until all charges are paid.

  • New Zealand: No import duties or taxes unless your order exceeds NZD $1,000.
